New Features of Microsoft Office

Recently, Microsoft 365 has been launching several new, useful features for their suite of apps. These new features come completely free to owners of an Office subscription. Here’s some of our favorites:

PowerPoint Presenter Coach: In the latest update, Microsoft PowerPoint added a brand-new feature known as Presenter Coach. With this feature, you can rehearse your presentation. The “coach” will give you feedback on the things that will keep your audience engaged, such as pacing, pitch, phrasing and more. This will doubtless prove incredibly useful for those who regularly use PowerPoint presentations.

Outlook Writing Suggestions: In a recent Microsoft Outlook update, Outlook now suggests phrasing and spelling changes to save you time when you’re composing emails! This will prove very useful for avoiding errors and using the best wording.

Teams: The COVID-19 Pandemic has forced many businesses to operate remotely and Teams has proven very useful for this. With the ability to chat between employees, have meetings and more, it’s the perfect tool for working remotely. Recent updates to Teams allow you to use live reactions during meetings, additional keyboard shortcuts, and the ability to pick up where you left off during a presentation.

These are just a few examples of the new features being launched on Microsoft 365. On March 10th at 10:00 AM, Wise Computer Solutions will be hosting a completely free webinar on how to better use Microsoft 365. Sign up here to reserve your spot: wisecomputersolutions.us/webinar

We hope to see you there!
